In 2017, Alicia Keys starred in our Breast Cancer Awareness campaign wearing our Ophelia Whistling lingerie set in Poppy Pink, acting as a reminder to keep healthy and get your breasts checked regularly.
The campaign celebrates pride in being a woman and champions the independent voice of women. We above all want to highlight in this year’s campaign the inequalities in accessing early detection programmes.
According to statistics there is a 42% higher chance of breast cancer mortality in African American women in the US, and this time around our campaign will support Memorial Sloan Kettering Breast Examination Center of Harlem (BECH) which offers free quality care to its local community.
Alicia Keys was born and raised in Harlem and shares our strong belief in promoting early breast cancer detection and breaking any taboos surrounding it.
Listen in as Stella and Alicia discuss the importance of raising awareness, what the campaign means to them and how breast cancer has personally affected their lives
Our limited edition Ophelia Whistling lingerie set has been specially reimagined in a bold pink for the campaign, embodying our naturally feminine approach to lingerie.
Proceeds from the set will also go towards The Linda McCartney Center in Liverpool, a cause close to Stella’s heart. The center provides advanced early detection programmes and treatments for breast cancer patients.
